Easy Boiled Eggs

 


Boiled eggs in the Instant Pot, so simple and they come out perfect every time.  

Put 1.5 cups of water in bottom of Instant Pot.  Sit trivet inside, and add eggs to the trivet, it doesn't matter how many, you can do two or a dozen, just stack on top of each other.

Turn on the IP using Pressure Cook Button, adjust time to 8 minutes, when finished cooking, let set for 2 minutes, then quick release and remove eggs with tongs.

Easy peeling tip:  Fill a quart jar with water, add 2-3 eggs at a time, put on lid and shake.  Shells shatter, run eggs under faucet and shells fall off.

Egg Salad:  Chop eggs, add green onions, sweet pickle relish with a bit of juice and a couple dollops of mayo, salt and pepper to taste.
